I had a tarot reading a few weeks ago, telling me a new witch would be entering my life to teach me new things, and I swear on my life, after that reading, I found your channel and realized you are that witch. You are so amazing inside and out, and help me SO much with questions, and new spells or how to be just yourself no matter what. Thank you for all your teachings. :)

You have come out just in time. I have been a secretive witch for nearly 25 years. I also live in the bible belt where witches are still persecuted. I am a solitary witch because I am not Wiccan and the only coven is over 90 miles away. I am pretty sure you aren't hiding anything from your mom but she may need more time to verbally acknowledge your witchiness. As a Christian your beliefs goes against everything she believes in and I am sure she is terrified for your soul. But you are here child and even a God can't stand in the way of her loving you. Hugs

Use the suede side of the mallet to rub around the rim of the singing bowl, not the metal end. Solar plexus is a great one to have a singing bowl for! It's the energy/action/manifestation area. I got a crystal singing bowl for the third eye chakra for Yule! I love it.

Until I become financially independent, I need to keep my spiritual path somewhat secret from my family. Even if my family was more accepting , I still wouldn't be open with my spirituality at this point in time, because I'm still figuring it out. When I get a firmer grasp on what I'm actually doing, I'll be a little more open about it with the people in my life.

This video has been so helpful in (at least) two ways. Firstly, I've been toying with the idea of starting shadow work for SO long and haven't because I had no idea where to start and didn't want to just... dabble in it. Your explanations and suggestions on the subject have really helped me get a general grasp of where I'd like to start. Secondly, I greatly identify with that weird defensive feeling you've talked about because, like you, I've practiced in secret for a butt-load of time and I've finally been "out" for like about a year or so, and now my husband knows and he's been super supportive and kind and respectful about it, but I STILL get like that. Like he asks me what I'm writing in my BoS or why I'm drying flowers or stirring a cup of tea more intensely, but like out of sheer caring curiosity not anything else, and I'll go into mini-panic mode and be like "....I'm not doing anything...". So yeah, gotta work on that myself Also I realize I'm on this video like a whole ass year after you've posted it but... yeah :) Love your stuff

Last December I gave everyone in my Coven a Christmas ornament that I created...well sort of. I took the silk ball ornaments you find in Wal-Mart stores and then added stone beads to them. Everyone got a different color scheme but the same pattern. I was given a book on how to created beaded ornamenta a couple of years back and I finally decided to put the info in the book to use.

I got the same singing bowl...LOVE IT ! They are incredible for cleansing the space, and on tuning the mind....it is really that great...holding at different areas around your head(ears) will have profound effects on your physical cleanse...and....I think that mine is in resonance with 432hz. You should do a cleanse and a consecration of that triple moon while staining . (You probably would anyhow... The Shadow work is a repair that will make you wild clairvoyant and more intuitive and better thinker and receiver. There was a great thing I heard about being able to calm the mind to see...Think of seeing the reflection of the sky or landscape in a still pond (mirror like) but if the water is choppy .....not so clear. Your level of Witchery is a really clear and true, and quite unique in “the space”. It’s even rather helpful to my own Magick practice. You have a great “element” and you put it to work in your manner. (There is an aspect you don’t have to get ‘cause you got it) All the Best Witch of Wonderlust. :>

I can relate to you a lot, Ive been doing some intense shadow work over the past year, and as it turns out, I have issues that are so incredibly deep rooted, Im 14, almost 15, and Im glad Im learning this now, so I have the ability to undo such thing before they start to become super noticeable, and become destructive, but its been so incredibly hard, but so worth it, due to the shadow work, Ive started to uncover why I act the way I do, and where my anxeity is coming from, and start to overcome the issues causing it. Due to that, I have gained so much more insite and confidence in myself, and while I have quite a ways to go, its become so muh more bearable and worth it, though I still have to sit back and remind myself, that while I dont due spells and witchy things and the like often, Im currently on a journey of healing, and that is just as vaild as everyone elses path. I can also relate to being more open about it, I told my parents I was pagan this year, and asked for tarot cards for christmas (which i got!), im still nervous about anyone seeing anything related to it, out of habit over anything, even something like leaving a small alter set up makes me nervous, but its somthing im working on, and while these thing are difficult, they are certainly not impossible, good luck to you on your own journey with your shadow self, trust me its worth it! (sorry for the wall of text lol)

I’m so happy I found your channel. :) I am just beginning the practice. I started researching everything a few months ago and over the past couple months have gotten so many things to help me continue to learn including books, crystals, and a journal I plan to write everything in, which I figured out was called a book of shadows. For Christmas this year I got some great witchy gifts as well including my second singing bowl. Hoping you have gotten this far, here’s a tip. Hold the bowl directly in the center of your hand without touching it with any of your fingers and using the black end of the wooden piece place it on the outer rim of the bowl with the middle part of the black end and start to slowly move it around the whole rim. Hopefully that makes sense and helps. Love your videos! 🖤

I'm no expert on singing bowls and still learning, but the woman who taught me said it's easier with the fabric side of the mallet. Some people prefer the gritty sound of the wood for calling in the Goddess Gaia. It took a few hours but once you can make it really vibrate, it's worth it. I hope you can get yours to sing for you and happy new year!

dana port Dana, it is a totally do-able mesh to life. I have been a church goer my entire life, but I also felt that something else was in the world to explain my own feelings and gifts. True point, my family has called me the witch pretty much my entire adult life. I am a complete empath with the ability to find ANYTHING people have misplaced. My husband states I’m his personal GPS for car keys. Anyway, my point is you can believe in God, Jesus Christ as well as the inherent nature of being a witch. I believe God created this amazing world for us to explore and on the path, while we explore, we find what resonates within each of us. While you discover how remarkable you are, pay special attention to the history of witch craft. I feel you will learn, as I did, that the negative portrayal of witch craft has been established centuries ago by the Church structure to force natural healers out of power so people would not have a choice in who to worship. How incredible that we live in an age where we can worship God and practice as well. Wow, this got really long, but I felt compelled to let you know you can be both “Godly” and dive into Witch craft as well. Blessed Be. ❤️

I put it all in a big pot, boil it, then let it simmer for about an hour, strain it really well because nobody like chunks of herbs flying in their mouth when drinking tea, put it in a container of some kind for drinks, then I stick it in the fridge and drink it all the time. That looks like the same type of mortar & pestle I bought myself a few months ago and am *very* happy with. The only negative is that the thick lip makes it a little hard to pour out finely ground spices into bottles or small cups, but a clean funnel (or even a clean piece of creased paper) works wonders... Enjoy! (I'm also not sure your mom isn't already moving beyond the "maybe it's just a phase" stage of thought...) One more random thought -- and maybe I have to begin this with "please forgive me!" -- as soon as you mentioned you were worried about giving a private pole lesson when your legs were sore, I could *not* get rid of the thought that you would probably increase your subscriber base by a full order of magnitude if you renamed your channel "The Pole Dancing Witch"...

Being open and honest about your work really resonated with me XD These are all really good goals..! but I've noticed in myself that I get defensive about my personal stuff too. I draw a lot and make a bunch of stories, and I'm sorta used to staying out of the way and keeping to myself..? And if someone asks me about it and they genuinely seem interested, I have this bad habit of downplaying my work or being embarrassed of it, 'cuz in the past I've always had people close to me not be interested after I tell them,,,, or comment that the storyline's dark or messed up... And of course it is, because I'm broken! (everyone is! XD) But I think all that negative backlash (or even just being paranoid that someone's gonna steal my ideas) from people that can react in front of me in real time has made me clam up even more... And my art is such a HUGE part of me, and my lifestyle, that I shouldn't automatically apologize for it...................... It's easier said than done, but it's a great goal to fully embrace and outwardly show who you are on the inside..

Referring to the singing bowl bit where you're speaking of chakras. As a witch I def feel it's something you should bother to educate yourself on. I started cleansing my own chakra's aka energy wheels in the body with a quartz crystal, great for well being, a sort of self reiki shall we say but addressed in a different way. Each chakra is in a different place and stands for a different thing. For example, between the brows is the 3rd eye. Chakra work on the 3rd eye can balance it, open it cleanse/clear it, there are 7 chakras that's just one. I do chakra cleansings for others and can pick up psychic impressions that each is trying to say when I do it, not sure if that's a me thing or if others do it but no matter the pantheon you work with it's a valid thing to be educated on. THE SOFT PART IS WHAT YOU USE TO GO AROUND THE BOWL!!! keep it right up against it and move it in a slow and steady circle, really press into the bowl as well. IT WILL SOUND SO AMAZING!! It gets soooo loud, even with little ones like that and there will be so much energy resonating from the bowl, it gets harder the longer you keep going around the bowl. I hope you read this, you deserve the full effect of ya bowl.
