Haven't seen this channel before but I am definitely going to do this recipe. And I don't even need to do the broth as I've cooked down my own from three turkey carcasses. I'll try it tomorrow.

So I made it like I said I would. The only change was that I doubled the amounts, since I had plenty of turkey, and I used my own home simmered stock, not the commercial broth. I have one in the oven and the other wrapped in plastic for the freezer, It smells good baking now.
