Dear Adrian, I miss my ex so much! We share a teen now and have been apart at the teens birth back then, seeing each other under court circumstances; the court cases caused awful tension and hate between us, but as time passes, it also seems to have brought healing. We sound as the couple ( laughing and reminiscing at night) before the chaos and break up, but my significant other is seeing someone else ldr ( far apart) for some years now. My heart breaks cause I love him still. Shouldn't have said it, but I did, and he insists on being best friends everything 😂. Oh, my heart😢. Thought I was over him. I guess I never was. Afraid I can't let him go. What to do??

Hi Coach Adrian. I am very confused and was hoping you could help . My partner has disappeared from my life without telling me why. We had planned for marriage and our relationship was going well. I am hurting and have asked myself many times why he walked away. He was going through financial hardship and had said he wasn't in a position to get married right now which I had accepted . 99% chance they’re asking you that bc they want you to validate em. if that’s the case, say something like “just checkin to see if you missed me;)” but make it super clear that you’re joking lol bc she might call bluff. go along with it. either do that or be like “the universe’s ways are not my ways”.. who knows, they could genuinely wanna know bc they’re confused. depends on how they say it.
