Keep an eye out for more videos coming soon! I'm currently editing my first camping trip with Naomi filmed along the lake we passed while hunting. I filmed over 250 shots for it, so it looks like it will be a long one! Don't forget to like and share if you enjoyed, and leave some feedback on what you liked or disliked. It's lets me know where to improve and make these videos possible in the future! Thanks for watching! - Nicholas 🤠

Great video!! Naomi seems to have a nose for hunting. Does she have some Setter in her? It will be fun to watch her grow nd gain experience. After 72 years on this ole earth, I have concluded there are only three things a man truly needs: a good gun, a good horse, and a good dog. Everything else is just fluff.🤠 Take it easy Nicholas!!

Thank you! She's a mix of Anatolian Shepard (Kangal), Border Collie, and Great Pyrenees. She definitely got more of the Kangal looks and personality though. She's let me know there are predators by my camp twice in a row now (last time it was a cougar), when I otherwise would've had no idea. Sounds about right though! Take it easy! 🤠

Labrador tree has become a rare species of plant in Korea. The leaves you harvested looked familiar to me, so I searched the internet and found Korean name of it. According to the information u found, we should not boil the leaves as they release toxins. I am not sure that is true, but I heard from people that we need to be cautious. Personally, I like the flavor of the tea though. You can put the leaves in distilled alcohol and keep it for at least three months and drain it and age it as long as you like. The taste of the wine is really good. Some say that if you have a low blood pressure, you should not take it. Even this advice, I am not sure

Thank you! There is a really nice high mountain lake nearby. It's surrounded by peaks and has natural rainbow trout in it. I'm planning to get up there early November and film some canoeing if I can, but I have so many other things going on that I want to film, I have no idea if I'll have the time for it. These are Georgia packer/roper boots. They're a good middle ground between a lace up hiking or work boot and a cowboy boot. Good ankle support, a little bit of grip, have a steel toe, but still fit a stirrup 👍

This time I carried a Cooey Model 60 in .22LR. I have two of them, both from each of my grandfathers. This rifle is a mix of the stock from one and barrel assembly from the other, so technically I'm using both at once 😆
@briandickerson32432 жыл бұрын
What bag are you using here?
@wituikbws2 жыл бұрын
It was originally a Camp Trails Cruiser pack and frame, but I did so much to it it hardly resembles them anymore. I ended up cutting the frame down, adding a canvas backing from a Trapper Nelson pack, tin clothing the fabric, etc. I'd just call it a custom pack at this point 😆

I don't mind doing it since I never keep a round in the chamber. Can't go off if the firing pin can't strike anything. Sure, it's not the safest practice and it may bite me in the ass one day if I screw up, but I refuse to lay my rifles down in snow or mud. They get beat up enough just by me using them 🤣
