They discovered he was smoking weed after they pulled him over. So, the stop may well be unconstitutional as they didn't charge him with any other traffic violation. I want to know how they were able to access his personal cellphone messages without a warrant. It sure sounds like someone set him up OR traded information for leniency or dropped charges. It's weird that people who hate cops and the justice system are dogging this prosecutor for helping out defendants charged with crimes.

It’s just the initial charge to get him in the system and give the DA grounds to fire him. They’ll have to get a special prosecutor to take care of this case and that person will decide the real charges. The prosecutors office he works at is probably trying not to touch this case and mess up the conviction in some way.

breaking the law from a position of trust is something americans are all too familiar with. Without question, the crusty orangutan that was twice impeached. Labeled a sexual predator by a court of law. who cheats at golf, taxes, marriage, and elections is the GOAT of breaking the law from a position of trust. Let's give it up for the GOAT! 😂😂

I bet sharing information showed police corruption rather than hindering any investigation. Charge him with corruption after he exposed corruption? I could be wrong
@edwardscott32622 ай бұрын
That's my guess. He shared the "wrong" information. I've seen this kind of thing play out before. They can share as much information as they want. As long as it's to the right people. Sympathetic press gets dated and timed press bullet points. So they can get their "breaking news" reporting lined up hours, even days before it actually breaks. It's really funny when things don't go as planned and they have to rush to call reporters and tell them not to air what they know. 😂
@truthhurts28792 ай бұрын
Oh stop it.
@nathanbopp61632 ай бұрын
@truthhurts2879 what info was shared? Were they hiding evidence that cleared suspects, or was the guy charged typing criminals about raids before they happened? More likely showed corruption by the police, and these charges are retaliation
