No doubt that you have made this tutorial very nicely & thoroughly but I have one question in mind, Is it possible to customize that level at the very top of the tank so that it switches off when the tank is filled completely? And is it possible to disable that automatic switch sometime in order to use excessive water flowing out from the tank pipeline for gardening purpose?

Yes you can customize upper as well as lower levels. Put the system in manul mode to use it for watering garden or washing car etc

Hello Sir, in our system we use this float switch through our control unit, in which we don't route 230V AC through this cable float switch, its only a low voltage signal which is routed through this device. So it becomes very safe. Regards Team-SuperSync

I have a few question about the wire connected to the sensor!!I is it directly connected to the motor or we have another control circuit along with it....beside that,motor is located at ground level and the tank is at upper level so the water has to be pumped to the upper tank from lower tank ....i think a 25-30 ft wire is required from the sensor to the motor at ground level..thak you

Excuse, Under what grounds do you put the WLC sensor at the bottom of the tank? I hear that it is not safe and it is not clean that the tank should get just empty. Is in this height the power energy saving eficient (saving your electric bills ?)

Sir, we don't put sensor at the bottom of the tank. We prefer keeping sensor at some 1 to 1.5 Feet above the tank base. In this video we have just explained the process of installation. You can adjust the height at your connivance.

My experience tells this product has some simple and serious error especially sensor part. At the time of empty over tank condition this sensor works nice. But unfortunately, this sensor switch off your pump in the mid way of filling over tank. it means your over tank will be never fill up to your certain marked level. The problem here is that, they have used heavy thick cable with sensor switch which itself creates load inside water to flip your sensor upward. Otherwise, the controller part is nice. So my suggestion is to change the sensor cable by using very light electrical water proof cable. If not it will never work perfectly. I purchased two sensor for over tank and lower tank. I am going to change the sensor wires myself.

Dear Bishwnath Issue highlighted by you has never come to my notice with over 110 Dealers selling the product all over country. And I feel this could be due to quality of sensor's float bulb and the weight that we tie to keep the cable straight. Volume of float bulb is so designed that it can very well take the load of cable.

Use single pipe to fill the tank and use the same pipe to withdraw water from tank when you switch n moter all air in taps goes out and side by side you tank allso get full. Use a T in boftom which put water from up side and take from bottom side or call me 8054399504

Sensor is designed to be connected to controller and safe to connect directly to motor with high voltage. This could be lethal and might cost life.

Check continuity with multimeters. Use the two wires that show continuity when float switch gone down. And when up disconnecting continuity. U can use that two wires in your phase line of motor.
