Having fat and protein with limited carbs works for some. But you MUST also stay in a caloric deficit. If you eat keto but have a lot of total calories you won’t lose weight. Your daily caloric intake should be below your TDEE. That plus your good food choices will really produce the results.

Totally agree I will use "Listen to my body method" If i'm not hungry then don't eat. My 6 days a week feed which is my staple should be below my TDEE. Thanks for the comment

How young are you? I'm older now 43, still gaming like a super nerd. Anyway, I partied a lot my biggest thing was a lot of soda/mixed drinks. That I didn't even realize it was killing me. That was mainly with the carbs/sugar and calories from it. Do you see a primary doctor? They can probably give you ozembic or something similar such as Rybelsus, Trulicity, or Mounjaro. I'm recently on Trulicity and I've been losing about 3-4 lbs a month. Your hunger goes dramatically down. You still need to eat though, otherwise, your body will still feel tired or nauseous.

I'm no longer taking any form of pharmaceutical medications, I will only see a doctor if i need something immediate. I'm 36 now and I drank alot in my teens/20's, smoked cigarettes etc bad foods the whole time. No wonder I'm all fucked up now. Carb sugars are the devil incarnate

@@Goldzen_tv I'm 43 and still a gaming nerd as well. I use to take nothing as far as medication. Now I see my primary every 3 months and feel the best I've ever been.
