Beryl is non reactive in acid, so theoretically, you could dump your paydirt in a 5 gallon bucket of hydrochloric acid, and in a week, you would easily recover all your emeralds

Thanks for the tip John! I'm actually really like them as rough samples. I did consider polishing them up a little though, haven't made a decision on that yet.
