The Thruway and Route 9W are both built for emergency landing, so why should he have to pay?

and they GOT IT OFF THE ROAD SO IT DOESNT BLOCK TRAFFIC. Jesus man in North Carolina, they have 124 fire trucks and make a camp spot on the highway. I dont miss that crap.
