@Hughbason1 For some odd reason, this cutscene is unobtainable by normal means, and technically did not even happen in the WO canon story; it can only be obtained either in Free Mode or after you beat the story where you can pick any character. Your lead character has to be Cao Cao in Wei Stage 2 Battle of Tian Shui.

I really like these random cheesy cutscenes from the warriors series game. My favourite (though not a cutscene) is in wo2 wu stage 3 where xiao qiao have to lure dong zhuo out of hiding. The whole conversation between DZ, XQ and Okuni is hilarious, especially in japanese voice where XQ voice is like a high pitch screech.

Cao cao fought on the frontlines in his early days as a petty officer in the yellow turban revolt. Some skirmishes in the Dong Zhou coilition, but that is it. Nobunaga Oda took up a sword when he was 15 and was a legendary daimyo, both as a tactitian and as a samurai. There is really no way Cao cao would win...

Nobleshield Cao Cao was just made to look evil in Romance of Three Kingdoms because it was very Shu biased while Nobunaga burned down a whole city of 20000 people and ordered the military to kill anyone retreating simply because he was sick of having to continue a siege with monks.

Yet in the end, Cao Cao reigned King and handed down the throne of all of China, beating down armies of tens of thousands belonging to hundreds of different clans, to his son. Nobunaga Oda stopped at Japan. In the global stage, Cao Cao is definitely superior, as tactician and ruler. That's if you don't take for fact Koei's interpretation of fanciful "Demon King".

First off, Cao Cao is Chinese and Nobunaga is Japanese. Sure they both have that awesome stache and conquer multiple lands, but there's no way they're related. Cao Cao lived in 2nd century China whereas Nobunaga lived in 16th century Japan.

In ACTUAL HISTORY he did the feat at Chang Ban where he fought through 2000 Wei troops to return the son of Liu Bei, that is ACTUAL history. He is one of the best fighters Shu ever had, that ever lived during the Three Kingdoms. Know your history next time.

Agreed. Also, in comparison to other historical figures its explainable why he was praised . He lived a pretty long life in comparison to most other figure in battle (almost 10 yrs more than Cao Cao and Guan Yu) and been through most historically well known battles in his time period. You can go up little kids in china and they would give you a full history report on him. Not to mention hes depicted as a horse riding one man army who looks a pretty boy.

The Wei army never entered the Boarders of Manchuria, or Tibet, what do you mean all of China? After Jin Destroyed the Wei Dynasty, Qin destroyed them, then Manchuria destroyed the Qin dynasty. Cao Cao did nothing during his later years and all his successers were killed by the Sima's. Nobunaga on the otherhand, had a Successor who Invaded Korea and following that defeat created a nation who would never lose another war until World War II. Again the 2 are NOT comparable if we use real history...

You mean his successor Nobutada Oda? Yeah he defenitely took over Japan. Hideoyoshi was not Nobunaga's successor the military just supported him. Also China is a much bigger land than Japan which make the land Cao Cao conquered at least 10 times larger than what Nobunage conquered. Cao Cao's immediate successor was competent he just unluckily died of illness early. Nobunaga grew up in a powerfully family Cao Cao was born into a hated family. Nobunaga is remembered by most as an evil man, Cao Cao is remembered by people who have only read romance of the three kingdoms as evil simply because it's very Shu biased, but to others isn't remembered as a saint, but not evil. The Jin dynasty lasted just as long the Tokugawa Dynasty or whatever you want to call it. Need I say more as to why Cao Cao accomplished a lot more than Nobunaga.
