What you have achieved is amazing we ripped out our old fishing cottage back in 2005 and I know the level of commitment it takes as my ex husband did the majority of the work himself it turned our home into a six figure home once it was done but yours looks really amazing .

I think a good video would be what you bought the shop for, cost breakdown of professional fees, auction process and fees, roof cost, plastering cost etc… total cost and current valuation. Good luck mate
