This is a wonderful family. Love the use of the plants and how good they treat the animals. Very interesting dishes they made. Please keep making more of these videos with English Subtitles because I really enjoy watching them. I love the beautiful nature where they live.

Absolutely adore this channel and am sharing these with family and friends as well! Love their cooking traditions and experimentation in Europe and more Americans need to also embrace their way of live instead of the high processed S.A.D. diet with it's chemicals and pesticides which are making people sick and obese! "Sickness is big business in America"...unfortunately! Viva la France...bon appetit! Merci beaucoup for sharing as well~

The translation is not that accurate. At minute 8:34 it's about absorbing the atmospheric nitrogen by the plants, not oxygen, obviously. :)

The chef turned goat herder is totally correct. Animals do treat you better than humans. And they do seem to listen when you talk to them.

Interesting. Her hydrolates could enhance flavors. Restaurants, especially in France, might be interested. Those chefs would have to come to her though, since they get by without regulation as products made and sold locally. Though from what I've seen on other videos, European chefs may just come to her, if one of her products wows them.

Hey, if you want more of this kind of content tell everyone you know about it! Then ask them to tell all their friends about it. That’s how it will work.

What Voice Narration School did the Narrator go to. It seems there is quite a few of these narrators that sounds exactly the same. You know the accent/voice I'm talking about, the annoying fakey upperclass British european-contential English accent.
@tams8055 жыл бұрын
That is not an upper class accent in way, shape, or form. It's clear and measured; BBC documentary-like if you will because they want it to be easy to understand. It was made for ZDF, which is German. They have a thing for that type of English accent. Naturalised English-speaking Germans or Germans who can speak fluent English (often from a young age) often speak like that.
