Most rocks in Nigeria are a spiritual rock if not all. Some of them are human who turned to rock why some is a natural one. Most spirits in the rocks in Yoruba land was cast out by their warriors. That's why most if not all streets were named after a certain victory. Try to listen to this station, Fresh FM 105.9, if you understand Yoruba every Saturday night, 8:00pm to 9:00pm Nigerian Time. It is about the death that killed each warrior.

The story of Nigeria is not complete without a visit to Ibadan. Would be lovely for you to visit Ibadan. There's a lot of Nigerian history to learn from the Ancient City of Ibadan. It was the capital of the defunct Western Nigeria. It is the largest city in Nigeria and West Africa in terms of Land Mass. It was the most populous city in Nigeria before the emergence of Lagos, even now it's on 3rd position and the pace setting city. The first motor-able road in Nigeria is Ibadan to Oyo town road and still exists but now modernized. The first TV station in Africa, first radio station, first tallest high rise in west Africa, the first central bank of Nigeria, first Olympic size stadium in west Africa, first university in Nigeria, First University teaching hospital opened by the Queen of England herself Queen Elizabeth II, the largest raw food retailing market in Nigeria and so forth. It's not so beautiful as this places cause it's an ancient city but it's worth it. You will see the ancient part of the city and modern part of it which attracts tourists every time. This is a city where many decisions were made by the colonial governors for West Africa during the colonial rule at the place now occupied for administration purpose by the Oyo state government, it was actually built by the Britishs. Queen Elizabeth held her meetings with kings and chiefs in Nigeria at the Parliament house on her visit to Nigeria in the 60s. Most Nigerians don't know that this city has its own British Embassy and it still exist and functioning. People think it's just Lagos and Abuja. Travellers are referred to there Ibadan office as well. It's a city that has accommodated former top leaders and politicians from Nigeria like Obafemi Awolowo, Ladoke Akintola, Olusegun Obasanjo, Current president Buhari, Agui Ironsi, Ibrahim Babangida, Abacha, Yakubu Gowon and so on, Obafemi Awolowo's Ibadan home as been turn into a Museum and can be accessed by the public to learn more about the country Nigeria. Many world class novelist, Poets, musicians were born in Ibadan or have lived in Ibadan. Grammy winners, Seal, Sade Adu, Noble Lauret winner Professor Wole Soyinka had his secondary and tertiary education here including John P. Clark and Chinua Achebe. And many more. This city can not just be abandoned. Would be cool to visit. It's not that bad. It's very cheap to live here. One of the cheapest cities to live comfortably in Nigeria. Nightlife not bad too. Try it out, it's worth it. #wodemaya
