AFFORDABLE GOOD HOUSING FOR PEOPLE.❤ I am a South African, and i have been very concerned with the way property development has been going in Africa, although it's not so bad in my country. Everybody seems to be building "LUXURY" i dont understand who these developers are building for when majority of Africans cant afford these buildings, its really a disheartening situation. They are creating a situation where there is extreme poverty and extreme wealth nothing in between.
