Just made veg noodles from your cookbook. So good you can click the link and go straight to the recipe page for each one. Got myself lucky boat noodles and a thermometer and gonna try doing crispy chicken and beef. Your videos and e book are so good !! . Gonna get vol 1 in a few days . You’re a superstar for doing these recipes.

Thanks mate I really appreciate that, The books are full of hyperlinks that take you anywhere you want and saves you having to scroll up and down trying to find stuff. once you click on any recipe it will take you the KZbin tutorial and once viewed you just click on the back button on your device and will take you back to the written recipe and so on . All the links are self explanatory just click and go . The navigation menu is something special and took months to set up , Cheers mate 👍

Mouth watering as ever, I have all the ingredients to try that, I have been watching Japanese cooking on KZbin fascinated. Street food and the like and came across Chinese restaurants over there, some use a blow torch to get that smoked flavour I think? So on the lookout for one of those. 😁 Your menu is fair expanding. Hopefully you'll do some Japanese food some day as Chinese, Japanese, Korean food looks amazing.🤞Your content is excellent. 👍

Awe thanks mate that means a lot to me . I watch the Japanese all the time on KZbin, has to be my favourite, I’ve learned a lot from them, they are the best in the business, I’ll try and do more in the same vain, My style in a sense is Korean style of cooking , your fighting constantly with the power of the burner, I absolutely love and so does my family who sample most of it , thanks mate 👍
