Overwatch 2 for the longest time is on the blizzard app, not steam. If over 90% of the player base (that is a made up % here idk the actual distribution) are on the blizzard app, comparing 10% with marvel rivals majority number, is a very poor argument at best, and doing the same BS the woke mind virus tries to pull to cope, at worst. With that said, overwatch 2 is likely seeing a massive dip right now in player numbers, and i support that.

Torbjorn alone, at release, was basically a clone of TF2 engineer, without dispenser and teleport. I honestly can't even name one pair in OW and MR that would be as close in design as Torb and Engi.

I don’t mind games that use sexuality to build on a character. As a writer, I’m all for it, learning that my favorite hero has something unique about their life choices can add depth. But I don’t need it to be presented as their only defining feature. You know, like you said, I don’t want a character’s pronouns popping up on my screen every time I select them. XD Not every character has to be "fruity." It’s cool to have one or two characters with that kind of representation, but with Overwatch, they’re kind of overdoing it. Some characters are fruity, and it makes sense. Take Tracer, for example, we’ve seen animated shorts showing how much she loves her girlfriend. Good gay character. Tracer being gay matters to the story. Then we’ve got Soldier 69… gay. No animated short, no story integration-just gay. Woke character. As a writer, I understand how this stuff works. If they showed Soldier having a reason or backstory connected to him being gay, like they did with Tracer, I’d totally approve as an open-minded person. But as it stands, it feels like they just slapped it on without meaning.

Sniper from tf2 does not have a grappling hook. He also has different scope-in visuals. Black widow could be considered a copy of widowmaker only because both have grappling hooks and VERY similar scope design. Personally, i think black widow is a bit too similar to widowmaker to call it a coincidence. Don’t get me wrong, i 100% prefer rivals over overwatch, but this similarity is too evident to ignore.

Unrelated but where I live the best ping I can get on OW2 is 180-210ms. In the 200’s the game is jittery and unplayable. In Rivals I’m on 105-140. Besides the excellent gameplay in Rivals, the ping times are just better and that alone keeps me going back.

For example look at mantis you can enhance heal and shield as well as sleep it’s got concepts of Ana sure but she can do more than Ana and do it better. And about cap, man I wish they would made it a bit more simpler design like his outfit from the comics, not a fan of the whole iron like suit, it’s pretty nice but it really doesn’t suit cap don’t you think? I absolutely love venoms proportions and color scheme. He’s right now my main tank. I also find myself using tanks a lot more than vanguards , I use supporters here and there.
