I'm 74 yrs old, I exercised every day & in good health physically, but I felt something not right about my nerves this is the area that my regular exercises cannot help. I turned to the oriental practice and doing this Tai chi for over a year now, these exercises help, concentrate in your movements and breathing are important. ❤

I have a lot for physical painvand limitations regarding movement. (The history would not be useful) Yesterday, I tried this for the first time, and, believe it or not, I have been able to move around better today. From watching you it seems to me that if you have any martial arts experience at all in doing any of the forms you can extrapolate the movements from any particular form and performed up in a slow flowing manner repetitiously to get the same results. Is this hypothesisOf mine correct? I can see you also that if one is familiar at all with any of the tai chi forms you can also stream together favorite movements into a sort of exercise like you’re doing here

I think you mean well but you really aren't doing Thai chi. I'm guessing you are just making these moves up?
