No, that's Austin, someone Everett knows but isn't friends with. Although, when Baron is having his near death hallucinations, and Dream Everett is yelling at him about all the people he killed, Connor is not on his list despite the fact that real Everett was friends with him and Baron is pretty mentally connected to Everett that it'd be a notable absence. On the other hand, I just can't see how Connor could make it out of that situation alive, unless a third party intervened.
