Everything that was shown was beautiful to my eyes. #5: Leonardo VS Jason (Power Rangers FINALLY get a win! Adored the music and the retro setting suited the matchup superbly.) #4: Goro VS Machamp (Double dabbing Machamp, Glitchxcity inspired music and a wrecking ball of fun is exactly what I needed for this one.) #3: Hulk VS Broly (Incredible way to end the season, Universal Colliding Headbutts and one of my Top 3 favourite tracks in the whole show.) #2: Obi-Wan Kenobi VS Kakashi (Phenomenal animation, fantastic voice acting and music as well as legendary moments like 1,000 years of high ground.) #1: Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia (My Personal Favourite Death Battle of all time. Brought the show back after a break with a literal bang, was satisfying and had out of this world animation as well as brilliant voice acting. Knew next to nothing about Sailor Moon before watching and never heard of Galaxia, glad I learned a lot and glad she got a brutal end. Gods of Destruction is fantastic and this whole episode summed up 2020 perfectly. We all wanted everything to end. ALL HAIL LORD BEERUS!!!)

Honestly, Season 7 was a colossal disappointment for me. Even though I enjoyed a decent chunk of the season, a lot of episodes have failed in its own right and considered as 'bad' episodes that could be in some Season 3 territory or ended up having a disappointing impact on me after I had such high expectations. I suppose it was due to the fact that even I do get excited for some episodes, they didn't live up to my excitement. But in all honestly, I really don't see how My Number #1 Death Battle of Season 7 can be anything else other than the Biggest Jolly Green Giant of Anger to ever be put on the internet by the end of this disaster of a year that was 2020. But great video nonetheless and keep up the good work. Here's my ranking: 1. Hulk VS Broly (this is the only 10/10 episode I've ever given and its already giving Hulk VS Doomsday a run of their money. Who ever thought of the idea of having Japanese lyrics in Ikari! was absolutely genius!!! Everything about the episode felt so perfect in my eyes. The animation, the music, the analysis, the jokes, the back and forth between the characters was spot on. Every time I listen to that music and watch the episode, I always get goosebumps and pure excitement and enjoyment) 2. Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia 3. Obi-Wan Kenobi VS Kakashi 4. Thoughts on the "Batgirl vs Spider-Gwen" entry. 1. Your point about ideas and execution makes total sense to me. I have lost track of how many times I watched a negative movie review and thought of changes that could've improved the movie. 2. Many others have called this fight obvious from the start. I waited for the episode itself on the grounds of how many fights used research to yield different results than what was expected. "Wolverine vs Raiden". "Hulk vs Doomsday". "Ghost Rider vs Lobo". The list goes on. Besides, even the season 1 episode this one was compared to pointed out limitations to the spider sense. And the season 7 premiere proved that the spider sense is NOT a guarantee for winning Death Battle. 3. I did notice a missed opportunity when the characters were compared at the start. It focused mainly on the "female superhero" aspect that could apply to other matchups while shrugging off the fact that both combatants in this particular fight are also alike in the sense of having fathers in law enforcement.

Season 7 was really a roller coaster of good and bad after rewatching and yet it was awesome. (Worst) Batgirl vs Spider Gwen: It's the worst in the season and one of my least favorite fights because of bad animation, wasted resources, slow moves, and very predictable. The 7 Battle Royale: For a bonus, I felt it will be bad and I was right. The last one is way better than this bad fight cause they didn't use them properly, the deaths were sucks, and the lines were stupid for most of it. Miles vs Static: The 3RD season premiere and Marvel vs DC in a row that sucked. But, at least they tried to make it as good and this is a point for them. The animation is slow and boring at times, the death and the effects are cool at least. Leo vs Jason: The fight is short it doesn't make it good and mostly forgettable like really this and Miles vs Static deaths are forgettable to the point I had to rewatch them to remember. (Best) Cable vs Booster Gold: I was kinda excited to see how Booster will fight and it was pretty awesome, the jokes were funny especially next week's joke, and the death is awesome. Hulk vs Broly: I hoped Asura to fight Broly because of how Marvel and DC were a lot this season and I felt hyped after what I saw of Asura's Wrath but I'm okay with what we got. The problem is some attacks felt weak, and some lines were bad but that's about it. The destruction of the ep is beautiful, the science of fuck joke was hilarious and unexpected, and the reality headbutt was one of my favorite scenes in the show which is why this is one of my favorite season finales. Sabrewulf vs Jon Talbin: Pretty much perfect for Halloween special. The dark atmosphere and the animation that began slow and became faster was awesome, and the death which is one of the best and most brutal ones in the show which is why I love it. Beerus vs Galaxia: This fight is how large-scale characters should be portrayed in the show which goes all out in the destruction level. The animation is great, the constant back and forward between them and the death is awesome. Truly, an episode that worth the wait. Red vs Blue: The episode made me binge RVB and I don't regret it. It was fun listening to the research that focused more on the characters than the feats. The fight on the other hand has a soul and awesomeness that RVB Zero fights didn't have. The old-style and the fight animation are awesome, the references are cool, the music is awesome. The only problem I had is the deaths which are sucks except for Lopez. Red Hood vs Winter Soldier: A top 10 episode who's one of the most requested fights, a live-action that improves on the Nightwing vs Daredevil with the only problem is the weak death is something special. The fight is a chef kiss in my eye because it felt like an action movie and it's great to see that they can do this level of awesomeness. The impact of the punches, the choreography, and the environment made this fight my favourite fight in S7.

I didn’t like how characters acted (I’ve watch both shows and I like both of the characters in them), the action felt stiff, the choreography was questionable, I honestly found the analysis to be quite forgettable, and I found the death to be really shit. Thankfully, some of the references made, some parts of the animation and the soundtrack slapping saved the episode from my hate list.

I will be honest, I didn't care much for this season, I didn't even watch the Series Finale because I simply stopped caring. I am personally not a fan of them shifting to 20 episodes a year, while yes that means we get more quantity, the quality of the fights weren't that great compared to Season 5 & 6 with many of the matches ending up being really short. Most of the matches I also found to be really forgettable with many of the fights being ideas that just never intrigued me. I will admit, there were episodes I liked, Booster Gold vs Cable, Danny Phantom vs Jake Long (which has aged magnificently because Butch Hartman), Genos vs War Machine, The Boys Battle Royale, Miles Morales vs Static Shock, Obi Wan vs Kakashi, Red Hood vs Winter Soldier and Jon Talbain vs Sabrewulf were all in my opinion solid episodes but some of the other episodes just felt like filler episodes or I had issues with. Red Ranger vs Leonardo I found disappointing as I hoping for the Zords and The Dragon to be used instead of just their base forms, Wonder Woman appearing for a 3rd time was just kinda unnecessary, I am not a fan of characters appearing 3 times, Spider Gwen vs Batwoman has got to be one of the most boring match ideas of all time and I wasn't too keen on Archie Sonic vs The Flash as the animation was way too chaotic and it was really hard to tell what was going on. The rest of the episodes were just really forgettable. Season 5 had the hype, Season 6 had the really good animation but Season 7 felt really lacklustre and disappointing. Probably my least favourite season so far.

How i think of the season (I will split it into 4 categories): The ones I hate: Black Canary vs Sindel, and Batgirl vs Spider Gwen. The ones I’m ok with: Sanji vs Rock Lee, Zuko vs Shoto, Danny vs Jake, and Grey vs Esdeath (sorry if your hurt by this). The ones I like: Beerus vs Galaxia, Sonic vs Flash, Genos vs War machine, Cable vs Booster Gold, She-ra vs Wonder Woman, Venom vs Crona, and Jon talbain vs Saberwolf. The ones, I LOVE: Miles vs Static, Leo vs Jason, Machamp vs Goro, Obi wan vs Kakashi, Bucky vs Jason, Red vs Blue, and Hulk vs Broly! If you ask me. Personally, I didn't quite agree with the popular sentiment about "Batgirl vs Spider-Gwen" being too obvious. I might not be up to date on every single detail of both characters' history, but I remembered enough to tell that both clearly had some differences in terms of skills and history. Both from each other and from their predecessors with similar motifs. On top of that, I have a habit of revisiting older "Death Battle" matches connected to an upcoming one during the few weeks leading up to it. For example, I prepared for "Batgirl vs Spider-Gwen" by watching every previous match involving characters from either comic company. Including "Batman vs Spider-Man" and "Miles Morals vs Static Shock". Both matches include heroes with the seemingly overpowered "Spider Sense" and confirm that it is NOT AN INSTANT WIN and does have its limits. So yeah, I wasn't making any judgement calls before the match came out.

Yikes, I was sad to see that Season 7 was a disappointment just like the entire year was for me....lot of "big" plans ruined by a pandemic resulting in a shallow year. My favorite was probably Sabrewulf VS. Jon Talbain just for the brutality and energy it had, while it had some great episodes it only got up to GREAT and nothing better.....luckily Season 8 has been alright so far...but again only alright.

Might as well give my ranking too, just to compare with yours it goes along. I'll categorise the episodes to give more context. Also note, i made this before the premiere started, so i have literally no idea how both lists are going to compare. For all i know, you could have put Batgirl Vs Spider-Gwen at number one lol. WORST OF THE WORST: 21. Sanji Vs Rock Lee 20. Batgirl Vs Spider-Gwen AWFUL: 19. The Seven Battle Royale 18. She-Ra Vs Wonder Woman 17. Black Canary Vs Sindel BAD: 16. Zuko Vs Todoroki 15. Genos Vs War Machine MEH: 14. Danny Phantom Vs Jake Long 13. Gray Vs Esdeath 12. Red Vs Blue (being a bit harsh with this one i won't lie, it's decent) GOOD: 11. Leonardo Vs Jason 10. SEASON OVERVIEW: Yeah i didn't like this season. It is literally my least favourite season of the show, including seasons 1 and 3. Season 1 because i go easy on that season since it's the first one (though even saying that Thor Vs Raiden and Goku Vs Superman are both fantastic even by today's standards.) Season 3 because it has higher highs (with Zoro Vs Erza, Amy Vs Ramona and Joker Vs Sweet Tooth all being better episodes than Goro Vs Machamp (don't kill me for that second one please i beg of you.) Along with this, while season 3's lows are EXTREMELY low (Mewtwo Vs Shadow, Flash Vs Quicksilver, Cammy Vs Sonya, Bowser Vs Ganon etc. etc.), only one of them actually ranks below Sanji Vs Rock Lee, that being Flash Vs Quicksilver. One more quick detail, my least favourite episode of season 6, that being Aquaman Vs Namor, would still rank in the meh tier, just below Danny Vs Jake. My second least favourite episode, Aang Vs Edward, would also rank in the meh tier, but this time just ABOVE Danny Vs Jake. To be blunt, my two least favourite episodes of season 6 are miles better than AN ENTIRE QUARTER of season 7. Here's to a better season 8, don't fuck it up Yoda Vs Mickey! Edit: Wow i do not think our lists could have been any more different in all honesty, but it was interesting to hear your reasoning for some episodes placing in spots i was initially confused about. Super entertaining video as always!

without a doubt the best fights are, goro vs manchap, hulk vs broly and sabrewulf vs Jon talbain this fight was almost the most decent of all death battle but he said almost since there is only one fight with the incorrect result and it is the winter soldier vs red hood I am not saying that the liveaction is bad but the analysis is a complete shit for the form on how they inflated bucky like a super human by the stupid infinite formula when marvel's own editorial stated that the infinite formula only puts you in a human peak nick fury someone who has used the formula claimed that even with the infinite formula he still has many limits and Jason was not only demigrated to a simple human, they also took weapons that they did not mention even knowing that some are iconic of the character in addition to taking good feats (such as his fight with deathstroke) so red hood had to win

@@WolfDB well hopefully you can get it fixed soon also last few question: What do you think about season 8? what do you think is the best episode and witch one is the worst? (Also this is probably 100% my opinion but Wonder Woman vs she ra has one of the worst killing blow in all of death battle [-season 1 MAYBE] there are 3 reasons why I think this way. 1. The head pop lacks a few key details like her hair cutting off so it looks extremely goofy. 2. It has the most GENERIC line ever it would be cool if Wonder Woman said “you may be the princess of power but I’m the queen of power.” 3. It completely defies the laws of physics both in gravity and wind.)
