Agreed ! it took me 3 tries after the neck pour for WB10 to open up . . . even with the Second FIll Oloroso sherry from EUROPE, it offers a darker Autumn note. Cheers !

I think they've got a player with this one. It's a tough business for these new distilleries to wait for ten years because they still have to deal with their overhead and payroll. Unless they have a Gin still it's going to be non age statements. Now that they have the ten they will have to follow up with a twelve. Shelter Point distillery here on Vancouver Island just came out with their first twelve and I just finished a review on it. Slàinte Mhath

Thanks kindly and good to hear from you. If and when you get the chance, it is a classy sherry aged ten year old that could fool you into thinking it is older than those ten years thanks to good cask influence. Slàinte Mhath
