Even if you don't watch their streams, chances are that you've heard of them through the grapevine at some point. Boxbox is popular, but he doesn't do as much variety content as the other streamers (as far as I'm aware), so even if he is popular within his niche, people that don't play League or TFT may not have heard of him. I was competing in a small official tournament and there was a person who was spectating the match between myself and another competitor and she did the Pokemon Stadium announcer commentary of, "What's the matter, trainer?" and one of the refs came over and told her that she would have to leave if she wasn't silent while watching. The room was very quiet and the vibes were not very fun outside of the table I was at because I got a competitor who was willing to give a bit of commentary on his reactions and was genuinely fun to fight against. Wish I would've gotten his contact info back then.

Really late, but I have a really good idea for a tournament: The KZbinrs' parents pick their Pokémon. If they say "I like this one", it doesn't matter if it's Garchomp, Kricketune, or Sunkern: you have to use it. Or just show them all the fully-evolved Pokémon and have them choose from those. Either way, I think it would be fun to see

I watched the live stream of it and spent the whole day watching that. It was such a fun time to watch the matches cause it was cool to see each of the competitors have their moment throughout the day. There was like no downtime and the whole thing was a blast to watch. after watching this video I think every sport should have one commentator that knows absolutely nothing so they can ask questions that the other commentators can answer

Alpharad, Chaos Incarnate is probably the most accurate description of any person to date

Not really, people talk about Alpharad like he's some chaotic jester type but he is pretty lukewarm and very unfunny. You can tell it's gone to his head as well. Guy makes good content but I've never seen anyone mislabeled so much in my life.

@@MatthewCJoy I really dont see how Alpharad would be unfunny, but is fine, good taste is not for everyone

This was great ! And the commentary made it really easy to understand what was going on for people like me who aren't really into competitive pokemon.
