Beef Stroganoff is a timeless classic and our recipe has some French, Russian, and a little "Braai" influence. Fire roasted Beef strips in a rich sour cream and mushroom sauce, on a bed of tagliatelle pasta. Crispy fried diced potatoes adds a special touch to this iconic dish.

Recipe
∙ 1.5Kg Beef Rump (Any tender cut will work in this recipe)
∙ 4 onions (thickly sliced)
∙ 7 Garlic cloves
∙ 500 grams of White Button Mushrooms
∙ Generous amounts of butter( The secret to keep the sauce from splitting)
∙ 2½ tablespoons Hot German Mustard
∙ 500ml Beef stock (1 Beef cube)
∙ 1/3 cup flour
∙ 3 Potatoes
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ ½ teaspoon Allspice
∙ 300ml Sour cream
∙ 500g Tagliatelle pasta
