That running in the end was probably filmed before fight and then edited to the end to make it good for wolverine and hype little one. I tend to doubt a healthy solo wolf would often try to rob a healthy solo wolverine of its kill. But the reverse occurs all the time. All about an aggressive, borderline psychotic mental state. Wolves are much more calculating and cautious, and very averse to suffering injury. From what I've seen... wolverines are just crazy, hyperaggressive. That attitude scares off most competitors.

@J P----- Interesting. I must admit that I'm just parroting what I've heard or seen on nature shows. I've never seen one or even met someone who has. I suppose the degree of hunger plays a role. Many years ago I saw a nature show in which a lone wolverine charged into a group of 5 wolves, and terrorized them into abandoning their kill. The wolverine was a complete Berzerker. That scene has definitely colored all of my later views of wolverines.

So the wolverine was on the wolves facefor 1 min and the wolf after 2 sec was like shit not again because the wolverine dont stop.

@J P I think people praise them so much because they are tough for such a SMALL animal, usually people are interested in small animals that prove to be very tough... And everyone is obsessed of the movies and cartoon scenarios were the small guy somehow defeats the huge guy and so on... That why people praise the wolverine so much and probably also because of the marvel character ... They want it to be a small animl that can defeat everything but sadly the truth in nature is that small equals weak and usually if a bigger animal gets scared by a smaller animal it's just because they got shocked by the unknown of that small animal not because the smaller animal was invincible.... I do agree some people take the power of the wolverine to an extreme but as I said it is because we as humans have the need to see the small creatures win against other bigger animals... We tend to wish that the small would defeat the big . Same as the story of David and Goliath we're the small guy wins with his higher intelligence... That what people want to see.
