Man hearing Keith Jackson’s voice watching Desmond Howard’s Heisman season highlights takes me to when I was a kid. I remember Fall time and how much I loved watching those Michigan teams kick ass on Saturday Afternoons! Howard, Wheatley, Grabic, Alexander, Irons,Hutchinson, TD Tim, the list goes on with great players!

I was in South Bend for that game. On a whim, a great friend of mine decided Friday night “we’re going to the game tomorrow!!” (As we’re getting snookered drinkin Heinekens and rolling fatty’s all night!!). So we stay up ALL night without a minute of sleep - canNOT find tickets below $450/ea so we end up in some craphole sports bar right outside the stadium. Had a blast! But when Desmond caught that pass, it was pandemonium!!! I went BatShitCrazy!!! From then on for a decade or so it turned in to a yearly thing (wherever it was played). But we did it up right. Hotel rooms, tickets ahead of time, always a three day wkend when in Ann Arbor. Some of the BEST times of my life happened on those long Ann Arbor weekends! Lemme tell ya. 😂 Go Fricken Blue baby! 〽️

Shout out to Desmond! In this comment I wanted to share a perspective on a topic that many may ponder (unnaturally) on a given day - namely quantum physics. Growth in the fields of science, technology, standard physics, and cosmology have brought many to wrestle with the limits of space-time, the structure of our world, the concept of existence, and the boundaries of what we call reality. The two streams below address the perplexity and uncertainty in these areas. The first examines circumstantial evidence toward a reasoned conclusion. The second presents questions & answers on digital physics in a manner that actually makes sense - straightforward and easier for us "common folk" to understand. The videos are up to par; I'm sure you'll find them exciting as have others. @@Riles3152 Yes... but it wasn't as a WR. He was a great KR/PR, making plenty of big plays and winning games for the team he played for. BUT.... he was also a really good receiver in college and that with his returns skills is what won him the Heisman. Now he goes to the NFL where I don't think he ever broke 500 yards in a season receiving? Thus "another great WR that didn't pan out".

@@abrahambrereton738 OMG... how difficult is it to explain this?!?!? He was considered a "Great" WR coming out of College, it wasn't just his KR/PR duties that got him the heisman though they definitely helped. YET if you LOOK at his damn receiving numbers in the NFL as a Heisman winner and "great" WR he had subpar numbers... that's what I'm saying, there's been a lot of "Great" Michigan WRs that have turned around and been subpar at best in their position in the NFL....
