4:07 well, the issue with the tough guy CHOOSING is that it can violate the whole idea of “you support your team until you are converted”. In this case, TG is still villager, not yet converted. 6:14 THANK. THE. DEVS. I love SL and I don’t cv the whole village (I’ve left a comment somewhere explaining why) and many times sect members will game throw in revolt.. 8:46 I may need ED as a card now so I can listen to that music 👀

I think my TG idea wasnt the best indeed, I think the better idea is to have it turn into Zombie when its attacked directly, but stay TG and die as TG (and see Zombie) when you save someone else from turning. That way, a Tough guy cant choose, can be turned but also still has its protective ability, which are both a must imo.

4:03 That's a strange suggestion imo, because tough guy still will be villager and of course he should rat out the zombie, he cannot legally team up with them...

Perhaps TG should be able to detect Zombie as TG and not get converted if they saved someone else, but if Zombie gets attacked himself, he turns into Zombie? Idk, that might be the case actually

So many changes glad Violinist was perfected since some are confused. Also great for weekly role cards to not have duplicates. Even better is that Baker can now give bread even in death just like Forger and Grumpy Grandma in regards to their own item/abilities. Evils gotta be smarter now against Baker, kill the person likely to be given bread to or shut Baker down early Wolf Scribe is gonna be crazy as hell, can edit themselves wow. Swamp wolf got even more stronger, roleblocking day abilities? Even Jailer and Priest?

huge buff: swamp wolf, toxic wolf, siren and arsonist, J and S ww (instigator) buff: vio, zombie, baker, ww fan, Fortune, conju and grave, grumpy grandma and voodoo ww, SL nerf: preacher, paci and paci wolf

For the ww paci, the change is a buff. Its better for them that the village might think a real paci used their ability, which they can then claim to be.

Also, Preacher change is a buff and nerf at the same time.

Preacher got added the option of staying hidden but can become the old preacher by just clicking reveal so it’s a buff. Wolf pacifist got added the ability of faking pacifist so it’s a buff (still don’t fake paci as wolf paci)

Don't forget that its in the same tree with Berserk and Shadow which are also quite strong

The shadow tree was always strong: - shadow strong in day situations - berserk strong in dwindling numbers - toxic strong in bypass and deception (faking as rrv role and giving doubt to protection roles) With this, toxic wolf can insta kill seers next night. Sheriff is still a threat so is BH traps. Tough guy are less likely to claim or they'll die from poison.

Free counter to winning. 5:00: In the first place, Priest shouldn't be able to water a werewolf sided Lurker. Thats just messed up 6:40: I never expected FT to be touched ever again after its re release. Tho as of now, this is fine 7:15: I like to petition for Paci/FC to be headhunter target right now. They literally have a werewolf counterpart that cannot be distinguished between themselves.

Paci would still naturally reveal the Headhunter as such, so this is still a no-go IMHO.

Claiming fc is a good play for werewolves because village would be scared to vote them or the person they ask village to vote to confirm themselves incase fool and headhunter. Pacifist doesn’t need to get voted to confirm themselves because they can easily use their ability day 1 if no info to confirm themselves as paci or ww, even if you claim pacifist as werewolf you are wasting a really useful ability for a weak claim. I don’t think werewolves will claim pacifist, so it shouldn’t be hh target

Yes i agree, but the main problem is that werewolves will know that the player that wasn’t protected by guardian werewolf but didn’t die to execution is the flower child and the person pushing them is the headhunter, therefore they will be like “This is hh target” “Hh target maybe?” “5 hh” I think the main thing about headhunter target is werewolves not being sure if that player is solo killer or villager. But if flower child protects themselves they will be sure that they are a villager so they won’t vote them

lHonestly the ft buff was entirely unneeded. It was as strong as mayor before, and now it's just about *as* oppressive as old ft

I think it is on the stronger side for sure now, but it also really depends on who is in control of it and how competent the lobby is

Remove one of the poisons from toxic wolf so it has just one ability like the bww and sww

Honestly its fine now right? The poison cant even kill protectors, unlike frenzy, so if you remove one use of toxic, its the same as berserk in day activation, but then less flexible and less powerful (you already need to select a victim the day before, unlike berserk which can decide last second). Crucially, berserk frenzy also kills protectors which the toxic wolf doesnt.

@@hypostein call it whatever but it’s better than shadow and bww now as it can kill 2 times whereas shadow and berserk can use ability once. It’s similar to the power difference between confusion ww and shaman but not quite like it

That preacher change is really not it for me. Now you can prove yourself any time without needing to have guessed someone's vote. I think preacher was perfect but now it feels like a copy of mayor. It's also a step back from last update where they made some public reveals private. I like most other changes though, but I'm still a bit mad that the most problematic roles (like astro and night watchman) have not been addressed in any way.

you can only reveal yourself when you predicted right at least once though, so it's not a free reveal like Mayor...

​@@gougou737 its the community choice anyways, the reason is Wolfflu, once the Wolves check the Preacher with Woofluencer ingame, they'll keep influencing the Preach and the votes the Preacher gets, not like with Mayor, they can stop the influence by not revealing themselves

@@snek_kunnie the shouldve just made it so wolffluencer can't influence the same person twice in a row. Wolffluencer is already strong anyways. Buffing roles instead of nerfing them creates power creep.
