Dog abusers, dog thieves, bad people that harm people. I have no sympathy for any of them. This owner was not letting her dogs run loose since they were in a fenced in yard. I hope they are safe and found quickly all dogs or other pets that are being harmed, wrongfully taken. Everyone needs cameras and alarms to help protect the ones they love.

Dogs should be safe in their own yards ? she could do with some cameras around the house tho. Hope she gets them back. I did notice the fence was steel so people can see in her yard, she would be better having a high wooden fence or what we have here in Australia colour bond fencing, it makes your yard private, no-one would be able to see in unless directly leaning over, especially with certain breeds that people can target for theft.
