My weakness is chocolate so I just don't bring it in the house. I just found this show, and I LOVE it! Obviously, by the comment below, her style isn't for everyone, but I love it. As someone who is also overweight (60 lbs), I can completely relate to the situation these people are in. It's obvious to me that she really does care about these people because she's not willing to coddle them and allow them to continue down the path of destruction they're on. I think an appropriate analogy would be to say that her clients are asleep (they're continuing bad habits that have wreaked havoc on their bodies because they don't know what else to do), their house is on fire (their bodies are a health nightmare), and instead of quietly trying to wake them by whispering 'Sweetie, get up' she's screaming 'FIRE!' to jolt them out of the 'sleep' that's killing them.

A. W. V. W The classic definition of an antibiotic is a compound produced by a microorganism that inhibits the growth of another microorganism. Of the myriad antibiotics used in agriculture, only two are used on plants in the U.S.: streptomycin and oxytetracycline.

I think that Gillian is taking the right approach as being very hard and straight forward but she's also very condescending and could definitley be more encouraging and supportive because lets be honest losing weight is hard. Also I think that these diets are a bit too strict. They will constanltly have cravings because they are just so strict and with nothing sweet like dark chocolate or cinnamon oatmeal. Small things that can make the diet easier and not much more unhealthy.

This is the second time I’ve seen this nutritionist and both times she was condescending and rude. To the point of arrogance.

During the husband's dvd message - a standard part of this series - they always say how supportive the are/will be. But how does that actually manifest? I don't hear, I support you and I am taking over half the shopping and housework. That's what I'm waiting for.

I wanted to give Erica a hug. I know how she feels. This is where I feel body positivity can help, because we need to accept our body types so long as our body is healthy! I hope she ditches that job!

I love how this show acknowledges that the people let the tv crew in the house so they dont pretend theyre shocked when the host arrives. That kinda stuff i guess is to tell people without saying its fake and scripted. They invest more time in showing the women disrobing than the first meeting, WIN!
