I went through this exact thing but I knew I was pregnant but I was 26 weeks only my other son was right there watching he was 10 months old. Omg I'm reliving it watching this. They said it was Braxton Hicks and 3 hours later the ambulance came after my son was already born luckily he was crying and breathing till we got to hospital and they put him on the oxygen and gave him his blood transfusions and he is 2 years old now

Daughter: screams in agony Mother: I think she’s having her period....
@thecomorbiditycurator80182 жыл бұрын
I have chronic pain. I'm in pain every day. But no matter what, every single time I tell my husband or my parents that I am in pain, no matter how weak or strong the pain is, they immediately ask me what is hurting and what they can do to help. This family's dismissive attitude toward a woman in clearly severe pain is absolutely atrocious. They should be ashamed.

I'm not one of those "go low contact" or "cut off all contact"-sort of people, but damn. These people are toxic. I don't even care if she's a hypochondriac or something! I had family with similar problems and was always there for them at all hours of the day. That's what family's there for. Even if the condition itself might be in their head, you don't brush off someone in pain like that.

The treatment she got from her family made me very sad. It is better to go to the emergency room than do nothing at all. So what she often "complains" about pain, people has diffrent pain thresholds, if someone is in pain you should listen to him/her wether you believe them or not

I am SO pissed. Like, how many years has your daughter been having periods???? How many times has she asked you to please take her to the ER???? This pisses me off so bad. I hope mom and sister felt terrible.

Even after her Mum and sister have refused to take her to the hospital and she ends up having to call 911 the Mum still tried to disregard her call for help by telling the operator it was just her period like she was overdramatic and they could just cancel the ambulance or something. I'm sure the Mum loves her and everything, but I hope after all that that she started working on being more compassionate.

Unbelievable. She’s in pain and she should go to the hospital. Why wouldn’t she be allowed? It’s selfish

You are not a bad mother. Not your fault. On the other hand your mother and sister are a force to be reckoned with. You are amazing and did the right thing by calling 911.

I don't know the whole dynamic with them but still!!! If your child (adult or not) says they're in pain and need a hospital etc, you get them effing help!!!

Omg who says nothing is wrong with their kid just by looking at them? Especially at her age, she is old enough to know when something is wrong. Omg wow... what a horrible mother.

My aunt tested negative for her pregnancy the entire time and confirmed it with an ultrasound. It was a running joke in her third trimester anytime she would complain about back pain or her feet her family would say “well at least you’re not pregnant” 😂

Oh my gosh! This is so disturbing! Not only did her family refuse to take her to the hospital for severe abdominal pain, but I even noticed that the grandma called the baby an “it”. What the hell is wrong with this family?!

My mom would’ve forced me to go to the ER either by her taking me or the ambulance taking me. Can’t imagine my mom not caring.

Wow some family. She always does this she always exaggerates it. Yeah it would be entirely your fault if something is wrong with that kid because you didn’t bother to help her when she asked you to take her to the hospital. Some mother! because you don’t wanna get out of bed. If we were sick or in pain our mother would be up an hour bedside asking if we need to go in or not. She wouldn’t tell us to go back to bed if we’re in agony
