@Gabriel Mondragon believe it or not adult women do the same thing, there lives don't end up were they want, and they go back to some ex boyfriend from her college days, and say that guy took sexual advantage and she was young and dumb. Now its not even about if sex was consenual between adults, its about feelings. She felt taken advantage or, he said sexual things to me that made me feel uncomforable. Now they got guys in jail and prison, for making sexual jokes with other men and hanging out during break at work, some women hears complains to hr. During my final year in high school a strange thing happened. One of the gym coaches married a 12th grade student, the moment she turned 18 years old. The girl had been in his gym class. The teacher was a young guy in his mid twenties, but still. The whole school faculty were all giddy about them getting married; but even as a stupid teen-aged kid I thought it was really strange. The teacher, at the time of the wedding, resigned from his job at the school, and they immediately moved far away. The school gave them a wedding party and farewell party at the same time. It was really weird.

My brother was a shop teacher right out of college. His problem was when his roommate had a party at their rented house and some of the students from his school were there. He toughed it out for the rest of that year, then got a commission in the USAF. After he retired as a Major he went back to teaching and then administration in high school and college. He said cute little coeds only a handful of years younger than he was, was a stress he hadn't needed. Boy did I laugh at that delicious stress. A diabetic in a candy store would be real stress.

The death was 100% suspicious and there is sufficient reason to follow up a reasonable investigation of a possible murder. But why the sudden sting after so many years? (17 years)

It's actually common for both men and women who have suffered rape, molestation, sexual assault etc...to never report it or only gain courage and/or mental strength to come forward many years later. There is a statute of limitations so my guess is she knew it was coming up and knew he was going to get away with it if no one stepped forward. Now due to her death the only way he will face jail time is if other victims come forward.

Yeah but they can’t arrest the guy for murder!! They need evidence or it’s not fair🤷♀️
@justpurplethings81755 жыл бұрын
@@hvctate it's called probable cause. He stated on recording he sexually molested minors. This means a felony for sure, time in jail, his reputation ruined. He is the most questionable person and most likely perp to her murder. That's common sense.
@RobertaS1275 жыл бұрын
meke The video said she reported it to school officials. Also, I don't think there's a statute of limitations when it comes to minors.

I'm from St.Louis had friends who went to that school. I saw this story about 2 years ago, it makes me sick all this time nothing has been done. My heart breaks 💔 for this whole family. I keep praying one day I come across this story and justice will be done. All my love to her family having to deal with this tragically sad situation of events.

How has no one been charged with this murder? It’s obvious who it was. The justice system fails once again
@eaglekiller888dragon23 жыл бұрын
you realize the system fails sometimes and works just fine for other people, imagine if that guy was convicted of murder. They decide on their gut feeling than after 20 years of him being in jail they found that she just couldn't handle it anymore and actually did the deed, a man's life ruined. Stop basing your ideals on a system that fails sometimes but for good reasons and of course our system sucks but no system is designed to side on just one person just because of a gut feeling.

Something being "obvious" isn't how the law works. You need hard evidence to convict someone. This shouldn't be new information to you.

@@sharadmohip6536 unfortunately? It is a good thing we have due process and require sufficient evidence but sometimes it takes time and the killer might’ve not left much evidence, maybe he eventually did get convicted of murder, it’s tough to know without reviewing all of the details and evidence left behind. Other than that though I do hope he gets justice if he did it because he likely did.
