I was in her age and into late night partying waaaay back in the late 80's/early-90's, but back then women would NEVER do crap like this. All of the comments here nailed exactly what's in my mind. Why did her "so called" friend leave her intoxicated and with no shoes on? With a friend like that, who need's a enemy? This is so tragic and this did not have to happen. The Uber driver ought to be ashamed as well. No amount of money for a daggone ride would've matter compared to ensuring the safety of a petite female who was intoxicated and I hope this follows this heartless individual for the rest of their miserable life because that ride would've more than likely have saved this young woman's life and they had every opportunity to do just that!
