My ex fiancé, who I cut off a week ago today because I caught her doing stuff on her phone behind my back… literally called me a hour ago to “check up on me” and see if I was ok. We spoke very briefly and then I ended it. She sounded sad ngl.. like disappointed. I can tell that she knows that I moved on. I won’t lie.. it felt good that she called me. I’m working a new job now and boom days later she calls me to “check on me and see if I was okay”.

Just saw both my ex's that ef me up go back to the dating app, complaining about being played. But I know they were the ones playing games, using me, lying to me, gaslighting me, all the manipulation. But they hate when guys they replaced treat them like that. Karma is here to clean up after you, if you been 100% like me and you got played, you're winning now. And she's never coming back. I already feel good and know I'll level up so past them. Thank you for this video. I made the right decision when I cut talking her after she ghosted me, and then she watched me for months elevate, even liking my stories - and after all that she unfollowed me. So that means she was just trying to bait me and I didn't fall for it. Now I'm doing better, glowing, work out, training, and looking for a better chick 💪

Chicks on the job right now, one in particular. I was texting with, then she just left me on read. Aight, bet. Now when i walk by her, i do not speak or even look her way. She stares right at me. Shit just happened not even 10 minutes ago. If she speaks, i respond. I am not that big of an asshole, but i do not initiate. It feels good to have self-respect. A lot of these guys do not move how we move, so it confuses women. I would prefer to be a mystery as opposed to a predictable simp.

Here's my thing I know she can find a better looking guy because I'm only just starting my leveling up journey but I know she'll never find a guy who works as hard as me again and she'll never be able to forget the 3 years we spent as fwb after meeting in Rome at 19 traveling together all that stuff yeah it sucks she's gone but when she ghosted me I never begged and it's been nearly a month now and I'm in the gym at 6am bettering myself now the situationship was long distance I live in the UK she lived in poland I would fly out monthly and started for weeks to month at a time its hard to let go but I'm trying to put that energy into bettering my self and still do all them things I said to her I would just to show her I am who I said I am
