Why we go to the bathroom in groups: -to talk sh*t - “Let’s get out of here” - “Girl your makeup is messed up” - “Girl lemme just fix that hair up” - “I’m on my period. You got a tampon on you?” Edit: it has recently been brought to my attention that my comment is extremely sexist towards men. I apologize to all males out there, and say this to you all: i’m well aware not every man is a predator, but from my point of view, i will not generally see a woman as a threat. I realize women can be predators as well, and often times men can’t do anything about it because of the sexist world we live in. I will delete the part where i mention the dangers of male predators for the sake of preventing further misunderstanding. I truly apologize to all males out there, and if you’re in an abusive relationship with a woman, you’re strong, and you can survive this.

@@1yanyiel there is a world of difference between identifying a threat and hating the threat. I don't hate bears, but I don't go investigating caves during the winter. To comment that women's fear of men is ideological in nature indicates a lack of well rounded education regarding violence toward women conducted by men. The statistics speak for themselves. And before a bunch of butthurt overripe avocados start sounding off, I am not saying or implying that only men commit violence toward women. Violence is multifaceted both in its development and manifestation. Anyone has the potential to act as an abuser, be it physically, emotionally, or socially. My point is that statistically speaking the number one threat to women is men and the number one threat to men is other men. It's heartbreaking that instead of acknowledging this and acting to address the root causes of violence (for both women and men, for violence both physical and mental) so many unstable ladders of humans would rather argue about BUT IT'S NOT ALL or WELL BUT WOMEN ALSO 🙄🙄 If you keep getting a flat tire you don't yell at the car for needing an oil change or criticize the quality of rubber on the tires. Same! I met my best friend for the first time while going to the bathroom... Although it wasn't IN a bathroom... High school parties in parks are interesting... In other words I was peeing behind a bush and she was changing clothes behind the same bush. I asked if it was ok that me and my other friend were gonna pee and she said yes to which I (drunkenly) replied something about obviously, since we're all girls and then did our (me and my other friend) business and went on with our nights. The following week she came to talk to me and like 2months later mentioned us meeting in the bushes and I hadn't even remembered there being anyone in the bushes until she mentioned it, especially not it being her. Now she's my closest friend and I love her and we have like no boundaries, which would likely be so anyways due to our personalities being like that but I think meeting for the first time behind a bush in a park of all places, while intoxicated at a party, while she was in her bra changing clothes and I was peeing definitely helps. 😂

They may have done a bunch in one day, but just from seeing these clothes so much I feel like there is a certain stank. Like intellectually I'm thinking it was all the same day, but just seeing them so often it feels like they've been wearing the same stuff for a week straight.

My male friends have cultivated wonderful, deep emotional relationships with each other and it’s great to see. They are in touch with how they feel and aren’t afraid to express it outwardly. I wish more men were like that! And I hope that future generations will see this positive behavior and learn that it is beneficial.

😂 playing victim I see. The reason things like this happen is because people don’t open their eyes to red flags in the first place. If people could see red flags, and know when there’s a dangerous man or woman or anything. You’re generalising a whole group as dangerous just because a few bad apples in the group did something. There are more good men then bad men. But the media will only show the bad because of their feminist agenda. As a girl, I won’t stand for this. Not yesterday not today not tomorrow and not ever.

@@BradPwnsU there's a pretty big difference between masculinity and toxic masculinity. What you are referring to is regular ol', non-toxic masculinity, which is being strong, assertive, and manly and is NOT NECESSARILY TOXIC. Masculinity becomes toxic when the "be strong, be manly, or else" mentality is forced on to people. People can take down the bad guys using their masculinity WITHOUT forcing their masculinity onto others. No hate, I just wanted to make it clear that there is a pretty massive difference between masculinity and toxic masculinity.

Listening to their answers about the worst part about dating guys actually really pissed me off. They literally grouped every single man together under a blanket idea. They also act like they don't have their own issues and baggage. Idk I understand if you don't click with a person while dating them, but if you're serious about continuing a relationship with someone then both of you need to help each other grow.
@HJRO4 жыл бұрын
I appreciate a lot of the information and ideas in this video. I especially liked when they identified that men tend to be very insecure as well, and have issues expressing themselves emotionally in a healthy way, since men in the States have been raised with a stigma towards expressing emotions. However, I will say that I also feel the information here is very culturally specific. I've lived in China for 12 years, and the perceptions towards make-up, for example, are wildly different. Women feel like it is their duty to wear make-up here for work, because they've grown up with the perception that it is rude of them to not look prettier. So, when you compliment a woman here in regards to her being beautiful without make-up, it is received and perceived very differently. I think the cultural lens has to be taken into account when watching videos like these. At the same time, as someone who has lived in a few different places, I can say that there are times I feel Americans (and yes, I was born and raised in America) tend to go too far in their viewpoints and reactions. Sometimes a compliment is a compliment. Sometimes it is a means to progress a relationship. Sometimes it is an effort to support and build someone up.

Thought on dude fear when dating: -There's absolutely fear, like, primal I hope he doesn't wanna kill me fear for dudes you don't know -There's a lot less fear with a guy you know but by then they usually think you've friendzoned them and have written you off, lol dating sucks. Also, dating a guy who dated a guy before is bomb, guys who know themselves well enough to accept that broad a spectrum of feelings are much more likely to be emotionally aware of themselves.
@ellasmusic1645 жыл бұрын
So you’re telling me every time you date a guy you hope he doesn’t kill you. Usually in those situations there are red flags. And those red flags get ignored for so long and they’re so caught up in their emotions that when they do get abused. They’re wondering what they did. Not putting it on the women, but you have to see the red flags though.

@@ellasmusic164 I'm saying that there's a factor of 'unknown' with anybody you haven't met at least a few times. Much of dating anymore involves people who are almost total strangers. The element of danger is much higher with a stranger as compared to somebody you've met a few times. Unless you know the guy to some degree, you don't really have any idea if they're the easily offended unstable sort, which so many are. In an ideal world, I feel that people would only date people they already have some level of friendship with, and 'friendzone' wouldn't be a concept.
