Yogananda taught kriya yoga to many people, including women . I was initiated by Paramahansa Hariharananda in 1978. I did kriya yoga for some years but i did think it was quite physical. I revisited yoga meditation upon seeing Sadhguru almost 5 yrs. Ago. Now for that period i have been doing Sadhguru's method and have great meditations. ( plus at 62 yrs. I had the time, the focus, and the longing to go back those 40 yrs. and re-visit meditation. Now 68 and loving life!!!!)❤❤❤Thank you so much Sadhguru for the change in my life😊😊😊

By saying this infact sadhguru is kind of drawn into the comparative mode which cannot be so yes kriya yoga is not meant for females not because we are handicapped but rather we don't need it coz we are the ultimate form of energy and kriya yoga is about balancing ur energies which is only possible where there are 2 energy forms in a body which as a gift we don't have just that we are made to believe that to live in this world u have to compete and outdo males which is nothing more than spread ignorance and darkness

they can be gurus of course, but what does it matter if the guru is a male or a female?? it's common sense. if she is capable then she can do whatever. it's the brain that matters and the disidentification with the body, and looking at others as human beings not as male or female. if you make a guru only bsed on gender, then thats a bad one if she is woman and an impossible one if man. watch the video again pls.

What makes a women a women is physical parts. So if you identify as a women or identify as a man or anything physical for that matter you cannot reach this attainment. We are human, we are curtainly more then just a classification of physical parts we have assigned. But a guru is beyond this. Sorry to say but not just female parts make a woman a woman it's the purity at the chromosomal level which is x and x chromosome combo which makes female female and that's wat makes female not just body but a pure energy form and as tesla says everything in the universe is energy vibration and frequency. So know that females are the final stage of evolution which a male is yet to attain. The only thing we have to achieve is realisation which men have to practice to undo their masculine nature

I am sorry to hear this word from sadhguru understanding he is born in s male body with x and y chromosomes which makes his perspective limited to this however I am a soul gifted with the female body which is x and x chromosomes which is even as per chemistry pure unadultrated and anything which is unadultrated can only b polluted by mixing a certain compound which is of different nature to make it useful which has happened on this planet till date in the name of exploitation of resources and creatures alike. With due respect for sadhguru and a shambhavi kriya practitioner I would rather correct the sentence here by saying that realised females are the final stage an evolution is to achieve and in our culture it is Radha Krishna who depict it as a code that feminine and masculine have to dissolve to become nothing and that will become pure energy whose nature can't b masculine so feminine is not handicapped she is complete in herself that she doesn't need any practices to raise her energies coz she is pure energy just the birth is for realisation
