Meet Sarah Dimitriesvski, Director at Chandolin Construction and a wonderful role model for women in the construction industry. Sarah said that being a mum and working in construction and running the business are hard, but so rewarding. The home is where the heart is, so there is no better feeling than to be able to build a home for a family. Men and women are needed in the construction industry because they complement each other. Therefore, she encourages women to consider construction as a career option because there are hundreds of different roles in construction that they can try.
