I love how Bolt is always the biggest cheerleader for the ladies. I remember watching his reaction to VCB's victory in the 200 in Beijing. He was more excited than she was.

For the life of me, I don't know why I get teary eyed every time I watch these races in which these Jamaican athletes come through for us. It doesn't even matter if I'd seen it before. I am so grateful to them!

This was an amazing year for Shellyann. 100m- Gold🥇 200m- Gold🥇 4×100m - Gold🥇. Shes a 100m specialist so I know that 200m gold meant the world to her.👏🏾❤ It's the donkey length in the relay for me🤪🚀🔥 Its Usain our main hype man😍✌🏿⭐ Its Shelly still dominating years after with a son🙏🤗 #prycelessjourney indeed. Shelly won world female athlete of the year that year aswell 😊😊😊😊

English did very well in Rio; she ran an incredible 3rd leg from lane 1. I believe they could have run faster if not for Tori slowing and turning to receive the baton

There was even more drama. If you look at the second handoff from the French - they passed the baton out of the zone (you can see it on Soumaré's face). So the French got disqualified and the Americans ended up getting silver. The Brits got the bronze.

She would not have been next to Shelly, Jamaica led from the start and when Shelly got the baton she immediately opened her wings. Shelly did not run she flew.

the third American runner should a waited a little bit. She pulled up too early. That's why it was hard for the second runner to pass her the baton at first
