I thought it was a bad tactical move to have Klaver go first but all the Dutch women held their own throughout -- bravo.

The reason to let Klaver run first, because the wanted to be in 1st place after 200 meters. She is the fastest of all Dutch women over 200 meters. Femke looses from Klaver over 200 meters. I have seen it at the national championchips last year.

The other times the relays I viewed both Klaver and Bol had to make up for falling behind but this time all the runners stayed out in front. I was concerned that the other runners would lose the lead that Klaver had achieved but instead it was a smoothly run race.

​​@@corkooijman85that was 2 years ago, Bol worked on her speed and she has the National record on 200m indoors. She did it in 2023 and again this year. And since 2023 everytime Bol and Klaver ran 400m against each other Bol was faster in the first 200
