I hope this commentator isn't going to do the Olympics again. He showed his ignorance for the sport during the Tokyo games. Prefer Matt Groom from the IFSC world cups.

While certainly it's legitimate to have favourite announcers. It's worth noting that this commentator used to be the main commentator for IFSC events years ago. He may have been a little rusty during the Olympics, but he's definitely not entirely ignorant of the sport.

Thanks for the replay, this is great to be able to follow those competition. Route setting is a bit annoying though: the dynamic / coordination problems are pretty boring to watch, they don't display much of the climbing capabilities of the athletes.

The quality of video and editing is great! Just a question on competition arrangements: why were the athletes moving in and out from the same opening onto the stage? Doesn't it allow for sharing beta and thus breaking isolation?

I see the cameramen haven't gotten any better, Chilean climber is at a high point on boulder one for the comp so far, and the cameraman pans to someone with a Chilean flag. Everyone is topping boulder 2 so why film the first top of boulder one no lets miss that and see more of boulder 2 being flashed. Glad I didn't set boulder 2, oops!

I can't uderstand why there's a comentator screaming while the athletes need to be focused. Looks like a football (soccer) match
