People are still shocked when they hear that women are also having body hair?! Wow I mean isn't it normal?

It's normal, but there is a lot of societal pressure for women to shave their body hair,. If you didn't grow up in a family with a lot of women, you might not see a lot of female body hair. Asians are often considered less hairy than other races. You don't see a lot of media stories or ads with hairy women, unless the story is specifically about a woman that doesn't shave.

@@Solip_i Different cultures teach different things. This channel has done a number of videos about how insufficient sex education is in Korean schools. Look at the videos where they wax each other. Most of the comments are about how you don't see any hair. Also women don't often wear sleeveless tops in Korea. The chances of seeing female body hair are less likey there.

Women grow hair everywhere that men do, let's not continue this myth that women don't grow hair in certain places. We grow hair on our arms, backs, hands, legs, toes, necks, pubes around the vulva and the butt crack and on our bellies. Women have been shamed into shaving so much that people began assuming we don't grow as much hair as men. Body hair is natural and part of growth and it comes in all colours and textures so lets love our bodies and celebrate our natural growth 😌

They taught us about puberty in 5th grade by dividing up boys and girls and taking us to separate classrooms. When we all got back together it was like we were all imparted some secret knowledge no one else could know. Being on your period, starting it, is NOTHING like the happy bridge to womanhood they make it seem like. It’s more like running from the Balrog with a crumbling rock bridge you have to cross, but the Balrog is your period and you are Gandalf telling the others to flee while you are sacrificed to your death. Every month, it still feels like that. EVERY. MONTH. For approximately 40 years, excluding while you are pregnant (but it comes back with vengeance like “MISSED ME?!?!”). Every month the pain, the cravings, the mood swings, the grossness (which dudes will never get because you say blood coming from your vagina and they picture either a sink tap of blood just pouring or a horror film when someone gets a limb removed just spurting everywhere. They don’t even know. The old blood, the clots, the new blood, the uterus lining that is leaving your body in Hulk-like fashion because an egg has gone unfertilized. The acne, the 💩, the horniness while not feeling like doing a damn thing about it because your body has turned against you in spectacular fashion. Cramping, nausea, backache, stomachache, headache, muscle aches, boob aches. And we elect for none of it. And we STILL get paid less than men?! We should get bonuses for showing up at all during this shit.

When I got mine my mom just replied "Welcome to hell" (obviously no cake, just a resigned face) and she was indeed true. 40 years of nightmares, to top all what you have illustrated, I had for 20 years hemorrhagic bleeding so severe that I was hospitalized in ER twice, it was a curse and now I am so glad is over. On the other extreme, my cousin had just few drops a month. I remember envying her so much. I basically was incapacitated for days, still I always showed up at work, but whenever I had to run to change to avoid staining my clothes, a colleague was following me and check I did not faint in the toilet. And the sleepless nights, because the risk was to wake up in a pool of blood...to these days I shudder thinking about it.

It somehow came out but that was the first and last time. Seeing weird comments about women having hair and all I can say is it not up to you on whether or not a woman wants to shave. That is the women's decision and you shouldn't judge women who choose to not shave. Besides, they live in korea; I'm pretty sure you barely see hair on any of their bodies because they tend to have less hair. Also, I barely remember my first period, however, I do remember yelling to my mom and crying because I didn't understand what was going on😭. Also, my period symptoms worsened as I got older. My first years, while being on my period, I only had bleeding, cramping and fatigue. Now, I have heavy bleeding, severe diarrhea, severe nausea, back aches, fatigue, changes in temperature (my body switches from being cold to hot often), I sometimes throw up, and I can't really sleep much at night when my symptoms are heavy the first 3 days.

I got my first period when I was 13. My mom was very supportive 💕, in general it wasn't a big deal... My mom taught me how to make my own pads, because nothing like nowdays convenient (female hygiene) products were available in stores, especially Eastern Europe. My first period wasn't painful at all, more like just a smear of blood on my underwear and I'm thankful about it, because much later in my life I have, experience great deal being a woman and went through a few surgeries. In short I've to deal with a lot of pain in my 30's. For all girls becoming women I have to say one thing: embrace your womanhood and be brave!

I'm one of those lucky people who doesn't get horrible cramps during her periods, but man, PMS is a pain. Apart from terrible cravings and needing to pee and poop all the time, I get REALLY depressed. That's the worst symptom for me. I start having intrusive thoughts and I can't do anything for several days because of how depressed I get.

I come from a big family, I'm the baby of 9. When I started at 11 my sisters and mom were so "proud" (lol) of me. I'd always wanted kids so to cheer me up I was reminded that this is how biology makes that happen. Cries in infertility 😭 Biology is a cruel bitch.

Infertility can be temporary sometimes so I hope that's the case. Diet changes, ac by the doctor and/or nutritionist, for instance, can help at times. If it's not the case I am so sorry but I am sure will be a great parent if you ever choose to adopt someone into your home. 🙏💗

Guess our body changes as we get older 😅. Or it may be the stress from life that causes these changes??? 🤔🤔 i don't know 😂😂. Anyways, just hope that i can remain healthy.

They help me, as they help plenty of women with ilnessses that make their life miserable. I mean my little sister would vomit and almost pass out during her period, if she can take a pill for it, side effects are worth it, and if they are not, you just gotta try different pill, till you find something that suits you.
