Due to my work as a social worker being put in dangerous situations I have been trained in several different self defense courses through work that are supposed to work for the same grabs/attacks. None of them have ever worked. I tried every one of these moves with my husband who is a foot taller than I am and 80 lbs heavier and was able to get out of every one of them. We were both impressed.

I still remember my CPS social worker taking me back to my parents house to question my dad after he punched me in the face several times. I walked up to the CPS office instead of school to report him. She wanted to get his side of the story. I told her to bring a few police. She brought one older fat officer and I told her she would need more and she didn’t listen. My father beat them both nearly to death. Carry a gun. Self defense works to a point.

I'm from Brazil, and it's cool that this style is based mainly around defense, and it's great that you teach women defense, imma make sure to show my mother these (she goes to work really early)

This guy needs more viewers cause a lot of people need to learn this especially 10 - 17 year olds cause it'd help so much and you won't be as paranoid when out and about cause I get paranoid that something like this will happen

Have you done a video how to protect yourself against being dragged when someone is holding your two feet? What do you do from there?

I was knocked out from behind by two men that ran up behind me and hit me in the head with an object so hard that i literally flew face forward into the pavement. The pain was excruciating as my nose instantly cracked when i hit the cement and the pressure felt like my head was gonna explode. They then grabbed me by the hair from the back and used my hair to slam my face/head back into the pavement and a metal gate nearby. I was desperately trying not to pass out cause i knew if i did they were gonna kill me. That happened in january 2020. Very evil people in the world. I weight 119 at 5'6" and my attackers were fully grown men. They beat me for bout 4 min but it felt like an eternity. When i was finally able to slightly lift my head up from the pavement to utter words i begged them for my life. They left me for dead and it took everything in me to get up and run blocks for help while bleeding from my head, nose, face. People ask me if i am a fighter cause of my big scars everywhere. I know nothing of martial arts or how to defend myself but i dont think that there would have been anything i could do to escape or defend myself in that situation.

That technique only works in class. Any truly honest and good women’s self defense instructor should also advise women to carry a gun that they also practice with on a regular and consistent basis.
