Be masculine right from the start and find a feminine woman. It's not hard to do just be unemotional and indifferent to start out. A lot of women in my family are masculine and their men don't even know it because they are submissive. Another problem is when women act masculine they usually make the wrong decision and their decisions they make benefit them whereas the man thinks about what's best for them as a couple and the family.

I find the opposite to be more often true. In my experience, women often keep other's needs in mind, whereas men tend to be more selfish. Men have to deal with a lot more testosterone, which tends to make people competitive, so it is more difficult for men to be other-focused. That's why it is so incredible to find a man who uses his strength to make decisions for the benefit of his family and his community. My Dad was that kind of man. He sacrificially gave himself for the needs of the family. There aren't many men like that.

One thing I have found that helps to get yourself into a more masculine mindset is lifting weights. Physical toughness lends itself to mental toughness. More muscle mass also increases testosterone so maybe that's part of it.

It improved substantially when I stopped trying to be the leader and focused on equality, a power-share. But I was still resisting her guidance. Still 2nd guessing her ideas & plans for us. I don't agree, masculinity is about maturity, strength (perhaps more mental than physical actually) with a sense of honour and responsibility, there are some of these traits mentioned but he's got it a lot wrong, it's not enitrely dominance and assertiveness. My convinction is that women (as long as they don't have a personality disorder or some other issues) really want a man that can be a good leader for her and the family, not just provide and protect, but also manage and lead the family unit down a path of stability, just like a good president or prime minister would do for his country.

Can anyone help? Me and my ex broke up 4 months ago. We were in a relationship for 3 years. She’s definitely an avoidant, she said she lost feelings for me, she needs space/work on herself etc etc. And then she lashed out at me and saw me as a threat after we broke up and that’s when I went radiosilent for two months. I think it's a mistake to engage in a power struggle. If she wants to lead, is smart, and wants what's best for you both as a team, support her. Support her & if she is a good leader she'll appreciate you. You guys who aren't "Chads" expecting to be the leader / own / possess / control / dominate a "high value" woman are going to continue to be undesirable and without a good woman in your lives until you change. They don't need or want you until you do. Also, penetration doesn't equal dominance or masculinity. Although it's kink to think so.
