I drive in heels but it always depends on what kind of heels. If I have platforms - no, very high heels - no, but low heels, no problem. I even took some of my driving lessons while wearing low heels and it was no problem!

The bigger your shoe size is, the higher they have to make the shoe. It could be the same exact pair in size 5 and 10 and the 10 would be taller. Tall people have bigger shoe sizes 90% of the time therefore their heels are always taller

I literally love heals!! I'm in college, and I'm already tall; but I personally love to get some cute heals when shopping and just wear them. But I like to get the block heals rather than stilettos because it's easier and more comfortable. I rarely ever get sore feet.

It is a habit and a confidence issue. Do not wear something you do not feel good in ^^ for me is trainers/tennis shoes, I rather like more "citylike" shoes but even though I have flat once I always go back to my heels (booties, sandals...)

wearing heels can be wonderful if you get the right ones, but it is unsafe to drive with them. Up here in Canada you can get fined for not wearing proper footwear for driving. Law enforcement believes them to cause accidents due to not being able to press the brake and gas properly when needed. Always throw flats in your car as backup so you can drive safely.
