LSU PG’s have to slow down and run the offense. That’s going to Kill LSU this year their Guards are just to wild. And the entire team defense isn’t there yet.

Besides the three elements Endurance, Strength and a Fundemantal Skill Set which makes that distinction and difference between athletes, you've to also be a student of the sport you play, especially if you're an athlete aiming for the pros! Muscle development builds muscle memory in sports, although fatigue lessen the athlete ability to be consistent..That's also nitigated with endurance training, which again builds muscle memory! Fundamentals are developed in practice sessions which also build muscle memory and the domain of the coaches to develop in their athletes..With these female athletes throughout the collegiate basketball divisions most are lacking quad strength, fundamental and shot selection! The majority of the post players stands 3 feet from the basket and miss point blank layups..They never leave their feet whilst being taller than everyone else and still get their shot blocked as if they're never taught to keep the ball aloff! The quads training is likely not sufficient or absent..as they're falling to the ground at every bump or push! As a martial artist trainer.. We keep our students focused on quad strength as much as fundamental skills and endurance training with excellent results! Good win for LSU though!
