My Brother and I were on the Lake Friday during this tournament... fishing for fun obviously....it was cool to be on the water and see 100+ boats head south through the narrows to get after it! Even with the traffic we had a solid day both getting 10+ in the boat with a 6lb and 4 in the 3-3.5lb range....Clear Lake is Fantastic!

Believe me, I wasn’t expecting to catch them on the ned either. The lake had just been getting so much pressure. On day one I caught them on the PBJ TRD but after that day I caught them on a Green Pumpkin 4” Ocho.

@@AndrewUpshawFishing Ya a ned rig makes sense. Hey Andrew because of your videos, I've bought some ochos in grn pumpkin and blk/blue. But i also bought some thunder crickets. And two weeks ago I caught my 1st bass on any type of bladed jig, and it was a 3/8 oz thunder cricket in white/chart with a rage magnum menace trailer in pearl flash. The largemouth was 3.5 lbs. Thats pretty big for me. I was pumped. Thx for those good informative videos!

Spoiled to spoiled to have this be my summer Lake growing up. This place is not only a " Bass Factory " as its called. But home to some of the biggest Crappie & catfish as well. Will be back up there in 3 was for a 3 day trip and can't wait. Still looking for my 8lb or above Bass. 🙏🏼 BTW - on a good day. You don't need to venture to anywhere but Rattlesnake Island. They love to stack up around that place 👊🏻

That’s sad! Hate to hear that. A lot of events back home cut limits to 3-4 fish in the summer to reduce mortality rates. Those summer water temps are brutal on bass.
