Why isn’t the feet of the roof rack not sitting on the drip rail? I turn it around like 3 times to see what was the front and back….. feet still not touching drip rails.

Keep it somewhat loose and have some one help you pull it down into place. It will somewhat stretch itself into place as you tighten the wing nuts down.
