Yeah man finally got myself a lathe to play with. I have no idea if I will be any good seeing as I have never had the chance to work with one before but hopefully it wont take me to long before I feel confident enough to start using it in videos without the lathe heads screaming at me that I'm doing things unsafely haha.

Thanks Fat Wood. I have an idea for you.... Why not leave your laptop open around the house with this video loaded and paused? Then hopefully your family will catch on to the hint that your looking for a lathe for Christmas haha. And if you do end up with another green turtleneck then pop over to my place, We can scrunch it up, cast it in resin and then i'll set you free on the lathe and you can make yourself a green fabric / epoxy vase or something. :)

Thanks Helen. I have been trying to find some kind of serial number on it but cant find one anywhere..... I know that its the brand Picador but without more info its been hard tracking it down to be able to figure out how old it is. Glad that you enjoyed.

Hey caiben. Yes I fully understand that it was not nearly as much restore project as I first assumed it would have been (as said within the video) but I don't think anyone can dispute that it was a rebuild video for sure. Sorry that this video was not to your liking. Hopefully the next one will be more to your tastes. :) Thanks for the comment.
