I've had these massages alot as a pageant queen and done by real Colombian women who specialise in it. You are also supposed to eat clean and drink tons of water (gallon of chamomileand, brown sugar and lime water). Also sweat wrap and wear a faja. Hello I love this video! I want to tell you that I did some research and the best wood for wood therapy tools is URAPAN. There are some cheaper woods that work well too like PINE and OAK. Finally, the least recommended wood in these cases is the beech wood, it is a bit porous and fragile, it can break and cause skin injuries. I clarify that I am not an expert in wood therapy :) . Blessings and again congratulations for the video.

Exactly. I actually went to a medical spa and had a heat treatment on my stomach that absolutely toned it. This was after a huge rapid weight loss (due to medical reasons and change in diet, 330lbs/150kg to 160lbs/72kg in a couple months) and I had a lot of extra skin and for some reason uneven remaining fat (not cellulite, like one side of my stomach had more than the other and there was a weird dip) and the heat, idk what it did, but it definitely helped tighten my skin and somewhat evened out the fat. $220 would have gotten me like 3 treatments of that. How do you expect to see major results from one encounter with this type process. It is a process to get out of shape and all of a sudden you expect that to change in one session. What could I possibly be missing from this video- I know, common sense! This type of treatment takes time and definitely is as important as your diet-it’s clear the fitness trainer is not schooled on how important the lymphatic drainage is to your immune system and the benefits of detoxing your body from the deadly toxins locked in your system especially with the lifestyles we live today! Take it from me, even my doctors admitted that they couldn’t tell you how the lymphatic system really operates-it took several years of research for me to get to the bottom of a problem caused by immune system due to doctors not picking up on it. Europe and Asia are both much further along in this info than the US!

Wood therapy body sculpting is one of several steps needed to achieve the goal. Water and lymphatic fluids are displaced and eliminated, facia is disrupted and the appearance of orange-peel skin is reduced. Sensible eating, increase body activity, proper rest and overall healthy living is the final goal. Even if you get liposuction or other cosmetic procedures, without making the other changes in your life all results will revert eventually. The beauty of this approach is that’s not invasive. Good luck with your journey to healthy living.
