corner radius was too tight. Fibercloth can't turn sharp corners.

It delaminated because you did not add a coat of resin under the fiberglass sheet

I am not sure yet. most probably i will try to source them out to win some time. there is this saying: build your first sails second!

lol... sails is a biggest challenger for me. I building a sailboats by my hobby radiocontrol. We have muny data to struture, but infomations in sails in RC plans is little. In real plans different?
