I came across this channel years ago by trying to find out what a dulcimer was after I was introduced to the term from Dungeons & Dragons. After listening to the original version of this song, I fell in love and had to buy it off of Bandcamp. I've been listening to that track constantly over the years, and seeing this version was absolutely delightful. Just pre-ordered Wonderscape, thanks for the beautiful music!

How many hours would you say it would take to get a quarter as good as this? I would love to start learning to play, but i have a lot of doubt that i could even get a quarter as good as this.
@JoshuaMessick18 күн бұрын
Learning any instrument takes time, but getting started is the most important step! The hammered dulcimer, especially at a beginner level, is quite approachable. With consistent practice-even just a few hours each week-you’ll be amazed at how quickly you can make progress. Focus on enjoying the journey and discovering your own unique style along the way. If you’re passionate, every hour you invest will feel incredibly rewarding!
