Hey Trevor, For "novice" mortals as myself that looks pretty fast for a trail ride. OTOH having watched you race, you are holding back a whole bunch with your riding buddies. That 300 RR looks like a real weapon off road in the slower stuff.

you sure "RIDE" Mr. Hunter !!! can I ask about the suspension ? how is the fork ? does it get mushy after 10 minutes in rocky terrain, as all the open cartridge forks i know ?... I just got used to KYB closed cartridge of my WR250, and i remember how open cartridges behave , but i really like those Beta 300s , just afraid of the suspension ( I'm tall and 210 Lb. )

Coming from someone who rides stiff race bikes 80-90% of the time, it’s definitely soft but for it’s intended purpose it works fairly well. In a trail setting, the forks soak up small chop pretty good and running negative air pressure in the fork (bleeding the forks with the front wheel on the ground) helps tremendously. In bigger whoops and sharp g outs on the trail, both ends bottom out pretty easily but other than that I was very surprised at how well they worked in slower speed terrain. We’ll have more on all of this and comparing it to a KTM at DirtBikeTest.com very soon

What a blast of a ride! Especially with a few friends that know how to ride. I've never ridden there, didn't even know you could ride in that area but I thought I could find it, looked familiar, the large scattered rocks, the vegetation and such. And I thought " Where have I seen terrain like that?". Ruled out other areas I thought it might be that were devoid of those rock fields and boulders. I've spent quite a few hours on Google Earth scouting out riding areas and trails I've never been on so I'm pretty familiar with how to use it. Took me about 15 minutes and I found it. I had to pauses the video a few times to get outlines of the surrounding mountains and from what angle and view but I got it. Out of respect I Won't say the location but it looks like awesome riding especially after the rain. Now I just have to figure out where to access and stage from. Really nice Video Trevor. @@TrevorHunter224

Very cool riding area and great footage. I have to say that it has no resemblance to Woods Trail Riding. Riding through the trees is a lot different than where you filmed this. Keep it up. Just be a bit more real with your titles.
