I've got one of these tents, and let me tell you, it's awesome! I usually lay straw down before I put the floor in and it stays nice & toasty when I go camping in January every year. It also helps to have an induction fan for the wood stove because the tent will have condensation if you're not careful and it's no fun to get drips in the middle of the night.

Friendly tip on Silky saws which are awesome. These saws are designed to cut in one direction to prevent damaging or snapping the blade. The teeth are angled back towards the handle. Avoid putting effort pushing saw forward and put the effort when you rip the saw back towards you. Save energy and protects your saw. Great vids!

I appreciate your testing of that outdoor equipment. Gotta be fit, and prepped, keeping dry. I love camping in the winter; especially the 10x12 wall as much as this guy. Gotta sub, I live in SW Alaska, fall hunts, gotta have that wall tent. We fashioned unused metal 6 gal fuel containers into campstoves. That 8x10 wore out, my dad got a dome tent for moose hunts. After 2 years of using the dome... I invested in a new 10x12 Wall w/a stove. I made the jack out of an empty coffee can, too nostalgic😁. Be safe, be prepared, stay dry and always... be alert.
